Join the Museum at Congregation Temple Israel, as we come together to honor the memory of the six million Jews and millions of others who were murdered during one of the darkest chapters in human history. May the commemoration be a source of reflection, remembrance, and renewed commitment to building a more just world.

Event Highlights:
Candle Lighting Ceremony: With the help of local Survivors and Descendants of the Holocaust, along with community leaders we will light candles symbolic candles to represent the millions of Jewish lives lost during the Holocaust, and other genocides.
Testimony: Hear firsthand accounts from Holocaust survivors and their descendants as they bravely share their stories of survival, resilience, and hope.
Prayer and Music: Join us in prayer and reflection as we honor the memory of the victims and offer our deepest condolences to those whose lives were forever altered by the Holocaust. Together, we will reaffirm our commitment to never forget and to stand against bigotry, hatred, and discrimination in all its forms.
Community Reception: Connect with members of our community after the program in a community reception where we can come together in solidarity to honor the memory of the Holocaust victims and to reaffirm our commitment to combating antisemitism and intolerance wherever it may arise.
