JProStL has announced the 2025-26 board members with Rebekah Scallet, Artistic Director of The J’s New Jewish Theater, in the role of JProStL President.
Joining Rebekah are Vice Presidents Helen Turner (STL Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum) and Susan Kemppainen (Mirowitz Center/Covenant Place). Rabbi Lori Levine (Congregation Shaare Emeth) will transition to the role of Past President.
Committee chairs include Scott Berzon (Jewish Federation) Professional Development Chair, Maddie Lapp (JFS) Young Pros Chair, Elyse Picker (JCRC) New Staff Chair, and Samantha Wendling (Temple Israel) Special Events Chair.
At-Large members for 2025-26 include Jeremy Brok (LEAD STL), Rabbi Avi Feigenbaum (EMBY – Esther Miller Bais Yaakov), Jessica Fischoff (The J), Melissa Katz (JFS), Lauren Lourie (United Hebrew Congregation), Jordan Palmer (St. Louis Jewish Light), Shannon Rohlman (Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School), Tanya Spivey (B’nai Amoona) and Rabbi Andrew Terkel (Be The Narrative/JFNA).
Rebekah and the rest of the board will officially be installed at the upcoming JProStL Annual Networking Event, Collaborate and Decorate, on Wednesday, May 14 at 3 pm at Jewish Federation, Kaplan Feldman Complex.
